Meet KIMBERLEY
HARRISON BSc Hons MCSP HCPC

Kimberley is passionate about delivering excellent Physiotherapy. She is keen to reinforce that Physiotherapy is not just about relieving symptoms but understanding why they occur in the first place. She has been working in private practice since 2010 and has a proven track record for delivering the highest standard of Physiotherapy.

Kimberley has been treating a varied musculoskeletal case load with excellent results and treats anything from exercise rehabilitation for the adolescent sports person through to balance classes for the older population.

She combines not only her Physiotherapy degree but also her background in Sport and Exercise Science to assess, understand and interpret pain and dysfunction. Using a combination of manual therapy, taping techniques, Pilates and exercise rehabilitation to treat her patients.

She has been running a Sports Injury Clinic with Orthopaedic consultant Paul Nicolai for the past 5 years enhancing her skill in assessing knee complaints. Her approach is fun and challenging but more importantly tailored to each individual.

Benefit with physio led PILATES

Classes are under the supervision of Chartered Physiotherapist Kimberley Harrison. Pilates is a non-impact method of training that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture.

Physio led pilates is a modified form of Pilates, designed to be used alongside clinical practice to enhance your rehabilitation from injury but to also keep your spine safe whilst challenging your core muscles and working on your flexibility.

All of your classes are progressive and mat based, and may involve the use of small equipment, they encourage you to progress at the right pace, are challenged appropriately and don’t risk re-injuring yourself.

PRICING:
Initial assessment £60
1-2-1 Class £60
2 Person class £30 per person
4 Person class £15 per person
6 Person class £10 per person

Friendly and professional SPORTS
MASSAGE

Although sports massage is used to facilitate athletes of all levels to perform at their peak, it is not used solely for the athletic population. It may also be used in the general population where the stresses and strains of life and work can leave our bodies in a sub-optimal condition. Sports massage utilises specific massage techniques to manipulate muscle, tendon, ligament and fascia.

Our muscles are being placed under constant static load. As a result of this some muscles will become short and tight and others will become long and weak. This muscle imbalance can lead to a build up of pain. Sports massage can be a useful tool to alleviate these symptoms.

PRICING:
Sports massage (1 hour) £50
Sports massage (30 mins) £35
